不銹鋼啤酒發酵罐主要部件

罐體:主要用來培養發酵各種菌體，密封性要好(防止菌體被污染)

罐體當中有攪拌槳，用于發酵過程當中不停的攪拌

底部通氣的Sparger，用來通入菌體生長所需要的空氣或氧氣

罐體的頂盤上有控制傳感器，最常用的有pH電極和DO電極，用來監測發酵過程中發酵液pH和DO的變化控制器，用來顯示和控制發酵條
